BUILDING AMENITIES & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Perfect for celebrations, lectures, presentations, weddings, memorials, and workshops. The Main Hall is a flexible space with variable capacity options. Ranging from a total of 120 seated guests lecture/performance style to 80 seated guests for a meal (chairs & tables), and 150 guests for a standing "cocktail party" style event, gala or auction.
The room measures 35' X 35' and has 6 entrances & exits. This spacious hall features direct access to all first floor areas, projection walls, a small stage platform, and a wrap-around balcony along three sides. This room is fully ADA-accessible.
Ephesus Hall (pronounced "éff-eh-sis")
...is located just off of the Main Auditorium on our first floor. This is a medium-sized space for smaller events with a maximum capacity of 40 standing guests, 30 seated guests for meetings (no tables), and 25 in classroom setting ( with tables). Commonly used for concesssions & bar offerings it can also be used for social gatherings, classes & workshops. Conveniently located next to our ADA compliant restrooms and front lobby, with a beautiful wooden floor and doors leading in to the main auditorium, this room can be added-on (for an additional cost) as a catering or ‘tabling space’ for your event. This room is fully ADA-accessible.
....wraps around three sides of the Main Auditorium on the second floor of our building. The space can be added to a rental when more room is needed to accommodate your guests at a large event.
Two wooden pews and 16 antique theater seats line two sides of the balcony: providing an excellent view of events in the Main Auditorium. There is ample space for upstairs catering and additional seating (most especially for gala-style events.) The windows in the balcony provide natural light during the daytime, with gallery lighting for evening events.
This space is NOT ADA accessible at this time.
....is the main artery to all of the other spaces in our building. It features a series of doors into the Main Auditorium, Ephesus Hall, the Art Gallery, and the staircase to the Balcony, as well as direct access to our ADA compliant restrooms.
This is the welcoming area of the building, complete with a large front desk. If your event requires a check-in table, box office set-up, or coat-check booth, this is the location. An outdoor ADA ramp connects to this lobby from the front of the building.
The Box Office, Parlor & Upper Suite
...are private rooms located on our first & second floor.
These multi-use spaces are most usually transformed into Dressing Suites or "Green Rooms". The downstairs Box Office is comfortable for 6-8 people and is fully ADA accessible. This room is located just off the Lobby and doubles as your Production/Box office for your events. The downstairs Parlor is comfortable for 6-8 people to meet, and is fully ADA accessible. The Upstairs Suite is flexible as a dressing room, or class-or-meeting room: for groups of up to 12 in size. The Upper Suite is NOT ADA Accessible at this time. These smaller rooms are quiet, cheery and useful for small meetings, private consultations, or small group sessions or workshops

The Art Galleries
....are large downstairs (rotating) and upstairs (permanent collection) hallways with articulated gallery lighting. Cerimon House’s arts & humanities programming features pre-scheduled rotating exhibits of local and national artists in conjunction with our annual programming themes.
During a large event, the downstairs gallery is often used as a "backstage" area: exclusively for the catering and event staff. In this manner, it acts as a remarkable artery, to keep the flow of an event in motion.
