Welcome to one of NORTHEAST Portland's most beloved venues,
nestled in the heart of the vibrant Alberta Arts District.


Fully restored (with a 1930's flare,) our building has become known for its unique "urban chic" and homelike feel, and we welcome your rental inquiries in regards to gatherings & meetings, workshops & classes, lectures & auctions, small-scale performances & recitals, and celebrations of all kinds: including modestly-sized galas, weddings, and memorials.

Our organization is nonprofit arts & humanities organization with an ongoing schedule of our programming, and the building is a “multi-use” space which is cross-scheduled throughout the week, including several rental time-slots available. And so: we are best prepared to facilitate the booking of your short term, single-use rentals, schedule pending. We are well known for our hospitality, and the ability to serve many different kinds of community groups & individuals.

NOTE: 
Specifically with weddings and other large-scale events,
you will want to first make contact (see form below) with Dianna or Sasha,
and they'll be able to answer questions and send you copies of the Pricing Lists,
and as importantly schedule a time for you to visit the building, so that we can hear more about your needs.
