Community
In Community we find connection. This is a place for citizens to gather, a place to be restored.
A recent scientific study states the good news that when people stay in community, they live three years longer. And so, like the literary character of Cerimon (a seer, who gazed outward each morning to wonder what stories the waves had lapped-up on to the shore) we find daily inspiration in our city and her people.
Our programming is dedicated to Community, and the activities and gatherings of engaged citizens, neighbors and friends. We feature storytelling events that bridge social, economic, ethnic and ideological divides. We provide a true sanctuary for civic engagement: workshops, presentations, local art shows, neighborhood events, salons & symposia.
Meet the Cerimon House Board of Directors and Creative Council. And, yes, we are eager to meet you.
